Classification/Area: RN Area: ER Salary/Hourly Pay: $29-$40 per hour depending upon experience plus $15,000 sign on bonus paid out over time Desired Start Date: ASAP Schedule Details: They typically work two weekends in a 4 week period. Benefits: Full benefits In addition to the healthcare and retirement benefits, a few standouts I would highlight are: o Being a rural hospital, we are an eligible site for the HPSA Acumen’s Nurse Corps loan forgiveness program o We offer scholarships up to $5,000 per year for those who are continuing their education Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience. Would have to apply for a Texas license, but they would be able to work with a compact license until their perm license is completed. • For the Eve and Night shift orders: Is there a Eve, Night and weekend differentials: o Evening (2nd) shift, working 2:30pm-10:30pm has a 15% of the base hourly wage increased. o Night (3rd) shift, working 10:30pm-6:30am has a 18% of the base hourly wage increase o Weekend shift differential is $2.00 per hour Temp Housing is available at local college for short term needs during relocation. ** About Hospital: Rated Best Hospital to work in 2024, Women's Choice, CMS- 5 Star rated, LeapFrog Group- Top Hospitals in 2023. ** They are very cautious of people that live an hour away. For someone to do that Weekly permanently gets old. They don’t see success with people that live that far away. Better to relocate closer or in Kerrville and or Boerne etc.
